When we think of buying perfume – what comes to mind is overcrowded perfumeries, with hundreds of bottles, the air thick with heady fragrances. While some people find the prospect of diving in exciting, many of us find it a daunting experience.

The reality is that buying perfume can be incredibly difficult.

Scents don’t lend themselves well to description – and we notice that when we try to articulate our desires – a lot is lost in translation.

“Well – I sort of like this, but I would love to try something that is a bit more… fresh?” – “Ah, I see, well, I have a fragrance that has a touch of pear, is that what you consider fresh?” “Uh… maybe?”

After an hour – if you have a lot of stamina – you leave with a bottle of perfume that doesn’t feel like it expresses you – and when you open it at home, you start to question your decisions. “Did it really smell like this in the store? Do I even like this?”.

This is why I came up with the Perfume Prodigy’s own Perfume Randomiser – so you will never have to make a thoughtful decision on your scent again!

…Or maybe not…?

I mean – I did make it, but I also made something better!

The Perfume Prodigy’ is a project that will help you not only gain a sense of control over your perfume purchasing process – but will actually make it a joyful, meaningful process.
